Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing or using any feature of RR Store (https://rrstore.pro), you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree with these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, we ask you not to use the platform.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision occurred. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

• Platform: the RR Store website (https://rrstore.pro) and all its subdomains, pages and features.
• User / Customer: any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the platform.
• Services: game top-ups, gift cards, vouchers, redemption codes and other digital products available on the platform.
• Order: a request to purchase one or more Services, subject to payment.
• Account: the User's personal and non-transferable registration on the platform, protected by access credentials and, optionally, by two-factor authentication (2FA).
• UID: the player's unique identifier within a game, usually together with server, region or character name. In this method, delivery is made without any access to the game account.
• ID-PASS: a delivery method used only when the game does not allow top-up by UID or Weblink, in which the User voluntarily chooses to provide the game account login and password so the top-up can be carried out manually.
• Weblink: a method in which the top-up is completed by the User, through an official link, code or redemption page of the game.
• Gift Card, Voucher or Redemption Code: a digital product delivered as an alphanumeric code, to be redeemed by the User on the corresponding official platform.
• Cashback: a percentage of the value of a completed order returned to the User as credit in the internal wallet.
• RR Coins / Internal Wallet: the account's credit balance, usable only as a discount on purchases within the platform. It is not sold by RR Store and is not convertible into cash.
• Payment provider: a duly authorised third-party company responsible for processing financial transactions.
• Publisher: the company responsible for operating, distributing or publishing the game. RR Store is not affiliated with, a representative of, or endorsed by these companies.

The platform is intended for people aged 18 or over who are fully capable of performing civil acts. Adolescents aged 16 or over may use it only when assisted by their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for the acts performed, including payments made. Access by those under 16 is not permitted.

By creating an account, the User declares that they meet the minimum age requirement and provide true, complete and up-to-date information.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your access credentials (e-mail and password) confidential.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available free of charge on the platform.
• You may not share, assign, sell or transfer your account to third parties.
• You may not hold more than one account for the purpose of obtaining undue advantage from coupons, cashback, missions, raffles or referral programmes.
• All activity carried out under your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• In the event of unauthorised access or suspected account compromise, notify us immediately through our support channel.
• RR Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing signs of fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.

RR Store is a platform specialised in digital products and services for games, including:

• Game top-ups via the UID, ID-PASS and Weblink methods.
• Gift cards, vouchers and redemption codes for game platforms and digital services.
• Relationship programmes: cashback, internal wallet, loyalty tiers, missions, raffles and referrals.
• Partner, affiliate and reseller programmes.

RR Coins are not sold by RR Store. The internal wallet balance is obtained exclusively as cashback, bonuses, promotional prizes or refunds, as set out in Section 7 of these Terms.

Product and service availability may vary according to stock, region and technical conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue, add or change products at any time, without prior notice, respecting orders already paid for.

Prices shown on the platform are presented in the currency selected by the User and may vary according to the product, the prevailing exchange rate and the chosen payment method. The final amount is shown in the order summary before confirmation.

• Payment is only considered complete after full confirmation by the payment provider. Orders with pending or unconfirmed payment may be cancelled automatically.
• We accept the payment methods displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase, which may include PIX, crypto-assets and the internal wallet balance, subject to availability.
• RR Store is not a financial or payment institution: transactions are processed by duly authorised third-party providers, and we have no access to the User's sensitive payment data.
• Tax documents or digital receipts are issued in accordance with applicable law and may be made available in the customer area or by e-mail.
• RR Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions showing signs of fraud, inconsistent payment data, unauthorised use of third-party payment methods or any other irregularity, refunding amounts where applicable.
• Limits on payment attempts within a short period may be applied to protect the User and the platform.

Once payment is confirmed, the digital product is delivered according to the type of service purchased:

• Top-ups by UID: the User must provide the correct UID and, where applicable, the game server. RR Store is not responsible for deliveries made to the wrong account due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Top-ups by ID-PASS: some games require the game account login and password. Providing them is voluntary and solely the User's decision, and the User declares to be the account holder or to have the holder's authorisation. If credentials are required and not provided, delivery becomes impossible and the order is cancelled with a refund.
• Top-ups by Weblink and gift cards: the User receives a link, code or voucher to be redeemed directly on the game's official platform. It is the User's responsibility to check the region and compatibility of the code before redeeming it.

Once delivery is complete, any credentials provided under the ID-PASS method are automatically deleted from the order record and from the support chat, as described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend that the User change the game account password soon after receiving the order.

Delivery times vary by product and availability. Automatic top-ups are generally processed within minutes; manual top-ups may take up to 24 business hours. During periods of high demand or game server instability, the deadline may be extended, with notice to the User.

RR Store offers a cashback programme that returns part of the value of completed orders to the User as a balance in an internal wallet, also referred to as RR Coins.

• Source of the balance: the balance is obtained exclusively as cashback on purchases, bonuses, prizes in promotions, missions and raffles, partnership commissions or order refunds. RR Store does not sell RR Coins.
• Percentage: cashback is set per product or per game and may be topped up by a promotional coupon. The applicable percentage is shown before the purchase is completed.
• When it is credited: cashback is credited only when the order is actually completed and delivered. Cancelled, undelivered or refunded orders generate no cashback, and any credit already granted may be reversed.
• Use: the balance may be used as a discount on purchases within the platform, subject to the minimum payment limits shown in the cart.
• Nature: the balance does not constitute currency, a financial asset, a security, a payment arrangement or a crypto-asset. It cannot be converted into cash, withdrawn, transferred between accounts or redeemed outside the platform.
• Closure: if the account is deleted or terminated, whether by the User or for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance is extinguished with no right to compensation.
• Misuse: balances generated through fraud, exploitation of a system flaw, duplicate accounts, self-referral or breach of the Code of Conduct may be reversed, with possible account suspension.
• Changes to the programme: RR Store may change percentages, rules and conditions of the programme at any time, without retroactive effect on credits already granted.

The full conditions for cancellation and refund are described in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• Refund requests must be made through the official support channel, providing the order number and relevant evidence.
• The right of withdrawal set out in art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code is respected according to the nature of the digital product and applicable legal provisions.
• Digital products already delivered and consumed may not be eligible for a refund, as detailed in the Refund Policy.
• Refunds may be made through the same payment method used or, with the User's agreement, as a balance in the internal wallet.

All platform content — including but not limited to text, images, logos, design, source code, trademarks and layout — is the property of RR Store or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any platform content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
• Game and publisher trademarks, names and logos displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used solely for product identification purposes.
• The User grants RR Store a limited license to use information and data necessary to provide the Services.

By using the platform, the User agrees to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and in orders.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable legislation.
• Not engage in fraud, social engineering, intrusion attempts, reverse engineering or any act that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
• Not use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the platform without authorization.
• Respect the rights of other Users and the support team, as per the Code of Conduct.

RR Store makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, secure and functional. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, network instabilities or force majeure events.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
• We are not liable for changes, unavailability or failures in game servers that may affect delivery or functionality of purchased products.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RR Store's total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the transaction subject of the complaint.
• Indirect damages, consequential losses, lost profits or data loss are not covered, to the extent permitted by law.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical updates or other necessary procedures. Whenever possible, these interruptions will be communicated in advance.

Force majeure or fortuitous events (including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber attacks, infrastructure provider instabilities and regulatory changes) may affect platform availability and shall not give rise to compensation.

RR Store may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the platform.

Every revision is recorded in the change history at the end of this page, with the date it took effect, the version number and a summary of what changed.

Where changes are substantial, we may notify Users by e-mail or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Brazilian Internet Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

For the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms, the court of the consumer's domicile is elected, as provided for in art. 101, I, of the Consumer Protection Code.

• If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Tolerance or non-exercise of any right by RR Store does not constitute waiver or novation.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between the User and RR Store.
