Code of Conduct — RR Store

• Scope: this Code of Conduct guides behavior, security and best practices on the RR Store platform, on its website (https://rrstore.pro), support chat, WhatsApp channel, Discord server and other official channels.
• Acceptance: by accessing or using any RR Store channel, the User declares that they have read and agree to this Code.
• Relationship with other documents: this Code is complementary to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy of RR Store.
• Validity: this Code takes effect on the publication date and remains valid until revoked or replaced by an updated version.

All Users must observe the following rules of conduct:

• It is prohibited to offend, threaten, harass, defame, slander or discriminate against other Users or RR Store team members for any reason (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, etc.).
• Spam, flooding, excessive repeated messages or behavior that disrupts communication in support and community channels is prohibited.
• Sharing illegal content, malicious links, malware, phishing or instructions encouraging fraudulent or illegal activities is prohibited.
• Impersonating another User, RR Store team member or any third party is prohibited.
• Disclosing personal information of third parties without their consent (doxxing) is prohibited.
• Respect support response times — avoid sending repeated messages or pressuring the support team to expedite responses.

RR Store adopts rigorous measures against fraud and platform misuse:

• Using credit cards, payment accounts or payment methods of third parties without proper authorization is prohibited.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks (disputing payments for legitimately received products) is prohibited.
• Using bots, scripts, unauthorized automations or tools to manipulate the platform is prohibited.
• Attempting to access systems, accounts or data of other Users without authorization (hacking, reverse engineering, etc.) is prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs, flaws or platform vulnerabilities for undue advantages is prohibited. If you identify a vulnerability, report it directly to support.
• Fraud attempts will be reported to competent authorities, in addition to the sanctions provided in this Code.

• Before confirming an order, carefully verify all information (UID, server, product type, quantity and amount). After payment confirmation, changes may not be possible.
• The User is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of information provided for top-up execution.
• Do not request top-ups for third-party accounts without the game account holder's proper authorization.
• In ID-PASS modalities, by providing your credentials, the User assumes full responsibility. We recommend changing your password after service completion.
• Successfully completed top-ups credited to the game account are considered final and cannot be reversed by RR Store.

Non-compliance with this Code may result in the following measures, applied according to the severity of the infraction:

• Warning: formal notification about the violation, with guidance to cease the conduct.
• Temporary restriction: limitation of features or access to certain platform resources for a determined period.
• Account suspension: temporary suspension of platform access and all services.
• Permanent ban: definitive account termination, with loss of access to credits and history.
• Legal measures: communication to competent authorities and adoption of appropriate legal action in cases of fraud, cybercrime or other offenses.

RR Store reserves the right to apply any of the above sanctions at its sole discretion, guaranteeing the User the right of defense through the support channel.

Be wary of contacts made through channels not listed above. RR Store never requests platform passwords, credit card data or payments through unofficial channels.

If you witness or become aware of violations of this Code, report through the support channel (WhatsApp or email). All reports are treated with confidentiality.

RR Store will not tolerate retaliation against Users who file good-faith reports.
