Partner Program Terms — RR Store

These Terms govern the relationship between RR Store (https://rrstore.pro) and participants of the Partner Program, which comprises two modalities:

• Streamer / Content Creator: Content creators who promote RR Store on their platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and receive commission on sales generated through their referral link.
• Reseller: Entrepreneurs or companies that resell RR Store products with exclusive discounts, using a dedicated management panel.

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by the RR Store team and full acceptance of these Terms.

• The applicant must fill out the registration form available at https://rrstore.pro/seja-parceiro with truthful and complete information.
• RR Store will review each application individually and may approve, reject or request additional information.
• Approval is not guaranteed and is at RR Store's sole discretion, which is not required to justify rejections.
• Upon approval, the partner will receive access to the corresponding panel (Streamer or Reseller) with their credentials.
• RR Store may establish minimum requirements for each modality, such as follower count, minimum sales volume or prior market experience.

Financial conditions vary according to the partner modality:

• Streamer: Commission of 1% to 5% on the value of each sale made through the personalized referral link. The exact rate is defined at approval and may be adjusted based on performance.
• Reseller: Exclusive discounts of up to 30% on product list prices, allowing competitive resale margins.
• Streamer commission payments are made monthly, after reaching the minimum withdrawal amount defined in the panel.
• Amounts are calculated based on confirmed and finalized sales — cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders do not generate commission.
• RR Store reserves the right to adjust commission rates and discounts with 15 (fifteen) days prior notice.

By participating in the Program, the partner agrees to:

• Promote RR Store ethically, honestly and in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Not make false, misleading statements or statements that may harm RR Store's reputation.
• Not use spam, fraud, social engineering or clickbait techniques to generate artificial sales.
• Keep registration data updated in the partner panel.
• Fully respect RR Store's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct.
• Not offer prices below cost for resale that devalue the brand or harm other partners.
• Not transfer, assign or share partner panel access credentials with third parties.

RR Store commits to:

• Provide a functional management panel with real-time sales, commission and referral reports.
• Process commission payments within established deadlines.
• Provide priority support to partners through official channels.
• Communicate changes to Terms, commissions or discounts with at least 15 (fifteen) days advance notice.
• Maintain the platform operational and secure, with security measures described in the Privacy Policy.

• RR Store grants the partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the RR Store name, logo and marketing materials exclusively for promotional purposes within the Program.
• The partner may not alter, modify or distort the brand, logo or materials provided by RR Store.
• All promotional material created by the partner using the RR Store brand must be previously approved by the marketing team.
• Improper use of the brand may result in immediate termination of the partnership agreement and applicable legal measures.
• Upon termination of the partnership, the partner must immediately cease all use of RR Store's brand and materials.

• The partner acknowledges that during participation in the Program, they may have access to confidential RR Store information, including commission rates, sales data, commercial strategies and technical information.
• All non-public information obtained by the partner during participation in the Program is considered confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
• The confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the partnership, for an indefinite period.
• Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and legal measures for damages.

The processing of personal data within the Partner Program fully follows RR Store's Privacy Policy and the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

• Partner data is used exclusively for Program management — commission processing, communications and support.
• Data of customers referred by the partner is processed directly by RR Store and is not shared with the partner, except for aggregated and non-identifiable information available in the panel.
• The partner must not collect, store or process RR Store customer personal data on their own.
• To exercise their rights as a data subject, the partner may contact rrstore@rrstore.pro.

RR Store maintains strict anti-fraud and anti-money laundering policies:

• The partner must not participate in, facilitate or tolerate any fraudulent activity, including purchases with stolen cards, improper chargebacks or sales manipulation.
• Suspicious transactions will be investigated and may result in commission withholding until the analysis is complete.
• RR Store may request additional documentation from the partner for verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer), including identity document, proof of address and, for resellers, CNPJ or business registration.
• The partner must immediately report any suspicious activity they become aware of.
• RR Store fully cooperates with competent authorities in fraud and money laundering investigations.

• The partnership may be terminated at any time by either party, through written communication (email) with at least 15 (fifteen) days prior notice.
• RR Store may terminate the partnership immediately, without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms, proven fraud, damage to brand reputation, breach of confidentiality or any illegal activity.
• After termination, the partner will be entitled to receive pending commissions for already confirmed sales, minus any disputed amounts.
• Commissions related to orders refunded, cancelled or found to be fraudulent after termination will be reversed.
• Access to the partner panel will be revoked after final processing of pending commissions.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
• Any disputes will be resolved preferably through direct negotiation. If the dispute persists, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's domicile.
• RR Store may amend these Terms at any time, with prior notification to the partner of at least 15 (fifteen) days.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Partner Program.
